Come and join the fun with the Playtown Team!

A party booking can be secured with a non-refundable £40.00 deposit. At this point you will be asked to complete a party booking form to establish the specific details of the party.
You can make your party booking via telephone - when we will take all your party details and you will be asked to make a card payment over the phone to cover the £40 deposit.
When the deposit is received you will be able to collect your party invitations from the Playtown reception.

Any balance of the party must be paid in full no later than 2 days prior to the event. For parties booked at short notice the full balance will be due upon booking.
For the duration of the play town tots party we recommend that the parent / carer supervision ratio is a minimum of 1 adult per child. For the duration of all other parties we recommend that the adult / carer supervision ratio is a minimum of 1 adult per 5 children.
Playtown rules of play apply at all times. These can be found at Playtown reception, around the building and on the website.

You are required to call 48 hours prior to the party to confirm numbers
Party rates will be applied to any additional guests. In the event of fewer guests attending you will be charged for the number of guests originally confirmed.

On arrival you will be allocated a party host who will lead your party. Prior to the party commencing an entry list is to be presented to your party host.

If you are supplying a birthday cake for your party please give this to your party host.
For an itinerary of your party please refer to the relevant option within this leaflet. Parents / carers will be limited reserved seating in the party area for the duration of the party.
During the party tannoy announcements will be made to gather the children for each event.
Party food is a hot and cold buffet, please refer to the party food section of this leaflet for further information.

Your party host will bring out the cake with the food. Whilst the children are eating, the host will cut the cake and put a piece in their party bags.

Please consider the privacy of other guests at Playtown when taking photographs or filming your party.
